The wax injector keeps the molten wax at the proper temperature for injection. An air compressor supplies the proper pressure in the wax injector for a successful injection into the mold. Each mold requires a different temperature and pressure for successful injection. Notes of the variables have to be recorded for each mold to improve the success rate of future wax injections.
Photo: I have injected hot wax from the pot nozzle into the rubber mold seen on the left of the pot sitting to cool and solidify.
