Impressions from Olympia
Bishop Rickel commissioned me to make miniature versions of his pectoral cross for gift giving. He serves as Olympia's Diocesan Bishop in Western Washington.

While each cross in this "Impressions from Olympia series" is one of a kind, each replicates in shape and style, a pectoral cross worn by Bishop Gregory H. Rickel. The artist traveled to Western Washington to take actual impressions from the native flora and fauna. Back in her Texas studio she incorporates the impressions into these unique crosses.
