...the back side is hollowed out somewhat to make it a comfortable wearing weight, soldering pads for optional pin joint and clasp are built up, and a loop is added.
It is ready for the lost wax casting process and will be returned to me as a sterling silver rough casting. If anything goes wrong in the casting process, all the wax carving work can be lost.
